About the Northern Ohio Chapter

The Northern Ohio Chapter was incorporated in 1982 and includes 28 counties.  It provides educational services to community associations and management professionals by offering “specific industry education,” for board members, managers and other community association professionals.  In addition to educational programs, the Chapter publishes a newsletter containing pertinent information for community associations including recent legislation affecting them.  Through the publication, the Chapter provides a vehicle for industry related persons to network to offer goods and services to fill the needs of community associations.  The newsletter offers the industry professionals an opportunity to advertise.  In addition, the Chapter has a website that allows for ease in joining CAI National.
